We are developing a program to monitor and compile yeast replicative lifespan dissection data produced across multiple research facilities, including UW Aging Core and the Buck Institute for Aging Research.
This program compiles data across hundreds of unique replicative lifespan experiments (currently over 3600 Excel Spreadsheet files). Experiment managers are notified when their experiments are complete and can immediately access the compiled data.
The generated reports are fed into a number of downstream analysis processes, such as our yeast replicative lifespan database.
